HurricaneSAQ program is designed for fitness trainers and sports enthusiasts who want to provide superior sports performance coaching to their clients. This program will teach you how to create comprehensive SAQ training with less or no equipment, as well as using advanced training tools.
- Maximize technique to gain speed, agility and quickness.
- Learn how to use speed ladders, hurdles and cones the correct way.
- Discover how to train properly maximizing performance and prevent injury.
- Employ specific drills that will help improve foot speed and change of direction.
WORKSHOP (one day)
- Learn technique, training protocol, and proper biomechanics for speed, agility, and quickness development.
- Understand proper progressions or regressions based on client goals and needs.

SHORT-COURSE (two day)
- Learn to create personalized, comprehensive SAQ training programs.
- Understand the importance of testing and having a plan that will produce results.
Investment: 1,5 million rupiah
Modul akan diberikan kepada peserta saat menghadiri workshop.
CEC Point: 1 & 2
Syarat kelulusan: Lulus Tes Praktik (untuk peserta Certification saja).
Syarat peserta: Lulus SMU atau sederajat (Workshop) & Certified Fitness Trainer (Certification).
Durasi Workshop: Satu (1) hari untuk Workshop dan Dua (2) hari Short-course.
